Disabled display lists on the OpenGL-based plotters. This fixes a problem which generally occurs on laptops where plots would take an excessive period of time (7 seconds for a 128*128 2d plot, often over a minute for volumetric plots) to create the plot. Note that this may result in a minor reduction in performance while rotating, zooming and taking readouts.
